The mission of our team is to provide treatment for patients in a safe, friendly and professional atmosphere that exceeds their expectations.

We are dedicated to continuous learning and refinement of our skills in order to provide our patients with efficient and progressive techniques in all aspects of our practice. We strive to give each patient a quality experience through efficient preparation, thorough and up-to-date knowledge, open communication and efficient patient scheduling.

Office Hours

Monday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. (administrative)
Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Insurance Reimbursement Policy

The office staff will assist patients in submitting insurance claims and all benefits will be paid to the subscriber. Payment for services rendered is the responsibility of the patient/responsible party at the time of service.

“Bracket Bucks” Policy

Patients start with $100 in their Bracket Bucks account at the beginning of treatment. For each broken bracket, $20 is deducted. The balance at the completion of treatment is paid directly to the patient.

Great Patient Reward

Every month, the names of patients with good to superior oral hygiene and no broken brackets, in addition to good cooperation, are placed in a drawing for $25 cash!
